The foundation should be prepared with pipes for installation of power, control cable and other electrical devices. Also it should have dranaige pipes inside. The anchor of the parasol is produced with H-T Steel which can be fixed to the ground with steel and chemical screws. Each anchor design and produce for the type and size of the parasol. The area, foundation and contents of the zone have to approved from THE S GLOBAL team. Project of the foundation and anchor will be provide from THE S GLOBAL. The all equipment that supplied, used in or on the parasol have been carefully selected and specially produced from THE S GLOBAL. The frame and structure made from High Tensile Steel and coated S355. The model Premium structure consist of Steel frame, Steel lower pole is covered with Carbon - Fiber (Composite) also wind flaps are composite. UV protection of coatings used on metal and other parts is up to 20.000 QUV (40-45 years approx.) life cycle.Steel parts have a perfect quality corrosion protection with ISO 12944 '' C3 ". Durabilty range is more than 20 years.
The parasol can be prepared with straight or folding arm system,consisting an integrated electromechanical spindle drive and cylinders. Up and Down movement of the central shaft; opens, closes and stretch the parasol membrane. The speed of open - close system can be arrange 2 to 4 minutes approx.(changes for the size and model).A part has been added so that the product can be opened and closed manually in case of emergency. The parasol frame has 24 arms which are 4 long, 4 short arms attached to the main pole and telescopic mast. Each long arms have supported arm which also supported with 2 passive arms combined with s.steel wires. The arms protected and designed with composte wind flaps which can enchase the arms, membrane and the upper structure. Electromechanical system of the parasol is automatcally control from master unit.The lifting of central drive shaft will fold the parasol frame lowering will deploy the pre-stress of the membrane. The parasol has 4 main special lighting fixtures to illumnate the covered area. The LED lighting fixtures are integrated with the parasol with an architectural design. There are also optional lighting for column, accesories on the top and the membrane. Lighting size, spesification, colour and the ornament can be chages for the size of the parasol and requests of consumer. The parsol consists a well designed water collector which is made from stanless steel. This part combines with the drainage pipes under the foundation. If the system is avalable from the customer, rain water can recycle.
The parasol membrane has 3 main type which are main membrane, design membrane and ribbons. The membranes are pure 100% PTFE-T fiber, uncoated. Although lightweght, the membrane perform high tenacty and strength. Ribbons also PTFE-T, are made elastic to allow correct fabrication. All coloured yarn have outperforming colour fastness. Pure PTFE-T, which is high - tensile, permanently UV- Resistant, water-proof, dirt-repellent and weather-proof. It has 30 years life cycle. PTFE-T is the best suitable material for flexible arm parasol. Specially designed Cutter Machines (from France) use for the bestcutting of the membrane and ribbons, non-stop and well finished. Transmission of 20% approx. Ribbons and design membranes are using for the ornaments on the man membrane. Design membrane can be Turquoise, B. Blue, Forest Green. Turquoise (which is exclusive for THE S GLOBAL) will be in the colour range soon.The main membrane, ribbons and design membrane are supplying with ISO-13934-1 quality certficate.
